Pits and Giggles Rescue was founded by a group of (clearly crazy) friends who felt they could make a difference by rescuing pregnant pit bull dogs.  We value the weird, we celebrate the little victories, and we are willing to do the (often dirty!) work of providing a safe haven for these mamas and their babies.

Animal rescue is not easy work.  It’s not pretty, and it often smells bad.  We want you to be a part of our merry band of misfits if you can say yes to the following:

YES!

• I don’t mind getting dirty from time to time.

• I love dogs (more than some humans).

• I understand pregnancy can make mamas a little quirky, I’m ok with that.

• I work well with others and I know it’s not all about me.
